A NEW JENNERATION

I can’t cite a time,
if it’s midnight or
noon,
But Kris’s nice husband
will be female soon.
He thought long and hard
over the years,
Won the Olympics,
shed a few tears.
But the more that he
lived
around Kourtney and Kim,
He knew that he’d rather
be called “her,” not
“him.”
----
So, he did this and
that,
put on make-up and such,
He donned ladies’
garments
with his own special
touch.
He probably fought
a little with Kris,
Telling her “Sweetie,
I really want this.”
So, let us just face it…
we cannot ignore
That Mr. Bruce Jenner
is macho no more.
----
I remember the days
of my fire baton…
Bruce was out running
the decathlon.
This excellent athlete
won the medal of gold
In the year my first
baby
was zero years old.
Back in those days
things differed a lot.
To transfer one’s gender
wasn’t so hot.
----
So, Bruce had some wives
as part of the show.
He had several children,
half a dozen or so.
And now that he’s in
his sixth decade of life
He’s ready to be
absent a wife.
He’s ready to see
how the other half
lives;
He hopes that the world
forgets and forgives.
----
Well, all of the people
who say “Shame on you”
Should stop all this
media
hullabaloo!
If Chastity Bono
Has Chaz as his name,
There is just no reason
Bruce can’t do the same.
Could be that we’ll like
this new lady, I bet.
Let’s raise up our glass
and say…
“Welcome, Brucette!”
